- Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and client requirements for Power SCADA and Substation Automation System (SAS) projects.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals including system architecture, solution design, and compliance statements.
- Design and develop SCADA, SAS, RTU, and communication network architectures for transmission and distribution projects.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimation, and technical documentation required for bid submissions.
- Ensure proposed solutions comply with client specifications, project requirements, and international standards.
- Support the sales team during client presentations, clarification meetings, and technical discussions.
- Provide technical support during the bidding stage and assist in risk assessment and value engineering.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure competitive and technically sound proposals.
- Participate in technical negotiations and proposal reviews prior to submission.
