Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. Source and attract candidates using Linked In, job boards, networking, and other sourcing methods. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit. Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles. Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to better understand hiring requirements. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment or IT recruitment. Good understanding of technical roles such as Software Developers, Dev Ops, Cloud Engineers, and IT Support. Strong sourcing skills, especially using Linked In and other recruitment platforms. Good command of written and spoken English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a recruitment agency or technology-focused company. Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
