Job Title: Technical Recruiter Location: [Add Location]Experience Required: 2+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, with the ability to source, screen, and hire top technology talent. The role requires strong communication skills, a good command of English, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various technical roles. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. Source and attract candidates using Linked In, job boards, networking, and other sourcing methods. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit. Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles. Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to better understand hiring requirements. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment or IT recruitment. Good understanding of technical roles such as Software Developers, Dev Ops, Cloud Engineers, and IT Support. Strong sourcing skills, especially using Linked In and other recruitment platforms. Good command of written and spoken English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a recruitment agency or technology-focused company. Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
