Position: Biology Expert (PhD / Master’s) – AI Training Project

Type: Contract / Freelance

Compensation: Up to $8 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 20–40 hours/week (with 4 hours overlap with PST)

Role Responsibilities

Create well-structured and challenging Biology problems aligned with project specifications Develop clear, step-by-step explanations with strong scientific reasoning Evaluate AI-generated responses and provide structured feedback and annotations Support AI model training and evaluation across undergraduate to PhD-level Biology topics Follow project guidelines to ensure high-quality outputs for model training and evaluation

Requirements

Master’s or PhD (completed or pursuing) in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field Minimum 1+ years of academic, research, or industry experience Strong foundation in Biology concepts from undergraduate to graduate level Ability to explain complex biological concepts clearly in English Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed project instructions
