Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a German Customer Support Representative based in Qesm El Maadi, with flexibility for partial remote work. Responsibilities include assisting customers in German and English, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving technical and non-technical inquiries, and providing world-class support through various communication channels. The representative will identify and troubleshoot customer issues while ensuring prompt and clear responses to customer queries in a professional manner.
Qualifications Strong Customer Support skills, including a customer-focused approach and the ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues Basic to intermediate Technical Support and Analytical Skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team
