Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Representative role based in Cairo. The Call Center Representative will handle incoming inquiries, resolve customer inquiries and complaints, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include professionally interacting with customers across channels, delivering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

Experience as a Customer Service Representative or in Customer Support roles Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and ability to engage positively with customers Excellent Interpersonal Skills and effective communication abilities Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including basic software applications and systems Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plusflexibility with night and overnight shifts Problem-solving skills and attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in related fields is a plus
