Informatique Education is expanding its team and looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Cairo branch. If you are passionate about EdTech, B2B sales, and building strong client relationships, we would love to hear from you.
???? Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow relationships with existing university and institutional clients
• Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and identify upselling opportunities
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to exceed sales targets
• Present software solutions to prospective clients
• Collaborate closely with technical, product, and implementation teams
• Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and sales presentations
• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales performance reports
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in EdTech
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, exhibitions, and marketing events
???? Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in software sales, IT solutions, or B2B account management
• Strong understanding of software systems and technology solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and build strong client relationships
• Experience selling to the education sector is a strong plus
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to grow in sales
