Marketing Operations Specialist Location: Cairo, Egypt (On-site) Company: Veipex Technology LLCIndustry: Information Technology & Services (VoIP, Cybersecurity, ERP)
About the Role Veipex Technology is seeking a data-driven and strategically minded Marketing Operations Specialist to fuel our 2026 growth engine. As we expand our footprint across Egypt, KSA, and the wider MENA region, you will be responsible for turning our diverse portfolio of global vendors into high-impact sales tools and qualified lead pipelines. You will work directly with the CEO and Sales Manager to ensure our "Digital Fortress" branding is consistent and that our sales team is equipped to win in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities Sales Enablement & Vendor Management: Act as the primary marketing point of contact for our vendors. Create "Vendor Battle Cards," technical one-pagers, and vertical-specific presentations for our sales team. Competitor & Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous competitor analysis and pricing benchmarks within the Egyptian and GCC markets to ensure our "Value Plan" remains superior. Lead Generation & Funnel Management: Design and execute ROI-driven Linked In and digital campaigns targeting CTOs and decision-makers in 16+ key sectors (Banking, Healthcare, Government, etc.). CRM & Automation: Own the marketing-to-sales handoff process. Ensure 100% of leads are tracked in the CRM and provide executive reports on conversion rates and ROI. Regional Content Localization: Adapt marketing collateral for our expansion into GCC, ensuring messaging aligns with regional business cultures and digital mandates. Event Strategy: Coordinate our high-level presence at regional tech exhibitions to maximize lead capture and brand authority.
Qualifications Experience: 3-5 years in B2B Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, or Lead Generation within the Tech/Saa S sector. Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Unified Communications (VoIP), Cybersecurity, or ERP/POS systems is highly preferred. Analytical Skills: Proven ability to conduct market research and translate complex technical data into clear value propositions. Toolbox: Proficiency in CRM systems, Linked In Campaign Manager, and design tools for collateral creation. Mindset: A "Sales-First" marketing approach with a focus on revenue generation rather than just brand awareness. Language: Native-level Arabic and professional-level English are required.
