Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Key Account Manager focusing on educational courses. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and devising tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include account management, preparing business plans, analyzing client-specific data, and providing excellent customer service to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
