We are seeking a highly experienced Area Manager Engineer to oversee and manage multiple construction projects within the Damietta area. The role is responsible for supervising site teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities :Manage and supervise multiple project sites within the assigned area. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure timely completion. Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure proper implementation on site. Lead and support engineering and site teams to achieve project objectives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management. Coordinate with procurement and technical office teams for material approvals and project needs. Resolve site issues and technical challenges efficiently. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or relevant engineering field).10–15 years of experience in construction projects. Previous experience managing multiple sites or large-scale projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Strong knowledge of construction processes, planning, and project management. Proficiency in project management and engineering software. Experience in real estate development or large construction companies. Experience managing projects in the Damietta or Delta region. Willing to relocate to new Damietta With housing on the Company
