Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree of architecture with 8:12 years of experience in technical office* Computer proficiency:‐ Photoshop, 3D MAX , Revit & Auto CAD.‐ Lumion is preferable.
Responsibilities:* Will be responsible for the design and development process from concept to working drawings to create visually compelling and interactive data visualization solutions.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, with proven leadership in team management. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary design teams. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed architectural projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and client interactions. Proficiency in architectural design software such as Auto CAD, Revit, and Sketch Up. Comprehensive understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and resources. Ability to solve complex design challenges and make informed decisions under pressure. Strong organizational and time management skills.
