Role Summary A senior operational and performance lead responsible for managing all social media platforms acrossclient accounts. This role ensures publishing quality, platform compliance, and performance hygienewhile collaborating with the creative team to execute content and campaigns effectively. The rolesupervises junior execution layers (posting, moderation, reporting) and contributes to media buyingand SEO support where required.
Key Responsibilities• Own end-to-end social operations: scheduling, publishing, moderation, community responses, andescalation handling.• Supervise junior team workflows to ensure accuracy (captions, hashtags, tagging, location, links,formats).• Manage platform tools and assets: Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok tools, Google tools (as needed),and other Egypt-relevant platforms.• Maintain performance tracking routines: weekly/monthly insights, learnings, and action points.• Coordinate with Creative/Content teams to ensure platform-native execution and trend alignment.• Support media buying execution basics (campaign setup hygiene, audience logic, placements,reporting alignment).• Support SEO tasks and coordination (basic optimization direction, coordination with specialistswhen needed).• Ensure brand tone consistency and crisis-safe responses across pages.
Requirements• Strong experience in advertising agencies (mandatory).• Hands-on expertise with Meta Business Suite and Tik Tok tools; comfortable with technical platformsetups.• Good understanding of paid media basics and SEO fundamentals.• Strong attention to detail and comfort running multi-client calendars and daily operational checks.• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
Preferred Strengths • Experience managing a junior team (posting/moderation/reporting) across multiple clients.• Strong culture and trend awareness (art, music, formats, creators, platform behavior).• Ability to translate performance signals into execution improvements (formats, timing, hooks,content mix).
