Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Qesm El Maadi for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist. The responsibilities of the role include managing full-life cycle recruiting processes, identifying qualified technical talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and assisting in hiring for IT-specific roles. The specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and ensure seamless communication during the recruitment process. Additionally, organizing and conducting interviews will be a core aspect of this role to ensure candidates align with organizational needs.
Qualifications
Experience in Technical Recruiting with a solid understanding of the IT industry Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding Skilled in IT Recruitment and hiring for technical roles Strong interviewing abilities to evaluate technical candidates effectively Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate with team members and hiring managers Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus Experience in an on-site recruitment environment is an advantage
