• Develop and review HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing designs from concept through IFC.• Perform accurate load calculations, system selection, sizing, and equipment schedules.• Lead value engineering, life-cycle cost optimization, and energy-efficiency strategies.• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards:• ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC/UPC, SMACNA, local authorities.
BIM & Revit (High Qualification Required)• Act as the mechanical BIM lead for projects.• Produce and manage fully coordinated Revit models (LOD 300–400).• Establish and enforce Revit standards, families, parameters, and templates.• Lead clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.• Extract accurate BOQs, schedules, and coordinated drawings directly from models.
Coordination & Project Interface• Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and ELV teams.• Interface with clients, contractors, and authorities during design reviews.• Support tendering, technical submittals, RFIs, and construction queries.• Mentor junior engineers and review their outputs critically.
Quality & Compliance• Ensure designs are buildable, maintainable, and cost-effective.• Apply sustainability requirements (LEED / Estidama / equivalent where applicable).• Maintain strong QA/QC procedures across deliverables.

Required Qualifications • B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (M. Sc. preferred).• 8+ years of mechanical design experience (large or complex projects preferred).• Proven leadership in HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing systems.• Expert-level Revit user (not just drafting—BIM thinking required).• Strong knowledge of international codes and standards.• Experience with multidisciplinary coordination and client presentations.
