Role Overview We are looking for a BMS Sales Engineer to join our team in Heliopolis. This role combines technical expertise with consultative sales to design and deliver effective building automation solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the full sales cycle, from understanding client requirements and preparing technical proposals to presenting tailored BMS solutions and closing deals. You will work closely with technical and project teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs while building long-term relationships with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for Building Management System (BMS) solutions. Present and demonstrate BMS solutions to consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers. Manage the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, negotiation, and contract closing. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate solution implementation. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in building automation. Achieve sales targets while contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Systems, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in BMS, building automation, or smart building solutions sales. Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems, building services, and facility management practices. Ability to interpret technical specifications and design customized BMS solutions. Strong client-facing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet sales targets.
