Job Details

Business Development

  • Identify and approach new B2B clients within the construction, infrastructure, and utilities sectors.
  • Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project managers.
  • Generate new sales opportunities and expand the company’s client base.

Client Engagement

  • Conduct regular client visits and meetings with contractors and consultants.
  • Present and explain the company’s GRP infrastructure solutions to potential clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities.

Tender & Project Follow-Up

  • Track new projects, tenders, and infrastructure developments in the market.
  • Coordinate with clients and consultants to introduce the company’s products in upcoming projects.
  • Assist in preparing technical proposals and quotations.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of leads and project opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent growth in B2B sales performance.

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Update and manage sales activities and leads in the CRM system.
  • Provide weekly reports on meetings, leads, and potential projects.
  • Track client interactions and follow-up activities.

Collaboration with Marketing

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns and lead generation.
  • Share market feedback and customer insights to improve messaging and positioning.
