Overview:

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be at the forefront of our design process, developing and executing creative design solutions for a variety of projects. You will lead design teams, ensuring projects are completed on time,  and to the highest standards of quality. Your work will directly impact the experience of end-users and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and presenting creative design solutions that meet client needs and project requirements.
• Manages all aspects of the design process, from research and ideation, to creative conceptualization and design
• Leading and mentoring a team of interior designers.
•  Handle clients meeting and  explore their needs and desires and matching with mode board 
• Support key initiatives from creation to implementation.
• Organize and Develop project timelines and work plans and scope 
• Manage all design phases as well as the site supervision until the project delivery.
• Developing the team and developing their continuous performance and motivation
• understand clients’ needs and developing creative design solutions that align with their vision
• Take creative designs and adapt these ideas into actual products. 
• Prepare 3D design for and submit it for endorsement before execution.
• Reviewing design work, developing a action To ensuring that the finished product meets the quality standards of your company
• Develop innovative design solutions, evaluate options, conduct tests, and implement solutions to meet timing, product cost and reliability targets..
• Cooperate with other department and designers
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
• Produce “sample” and “mood products”
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
