  • Prepare detailed mechanical shop drawings (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) based on IFC drawings and project specifications.
  • Ensure that all mechanical drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure proper integration.
  • Experience in designing supply, drainage and fire lines...etc.
  • Experience in using the Revit program to integrate with the rest of the architectural, construction and electrical departments.
  • Experience in site implementation work as the work will require site visits and follow-up on site implementation work.
  • Prepare 3D BIM model using Revit
  • Extract 2D Shop-drawings and 3D presentation
  • Performs routine tasks under general supervision using well-defined standards and procedures.
