InkPlus is looking for a strong and confident Account Manager who knows how to handle clients professionally and maintain long-term relationships.
You will own client accounts end-to-end and be responsible for managing communication, resolving challenges, and ensuring clients feel supported, understood, and prioritized at all times.
We are looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, communicate smartly, and turn problems into solutions.
What You’ll Do
Client Management: Be the main point of contact and manage assigned accounts from A to Z.
Client Communication: Handle client concerns with professionalism, clarity, and emotional intelligence.
Problem Handling: Follow up on order delays, product issues, or operational challenges and coordinate internally to resolve them.
Invoice & Payment Follow-up: Monitor invoices and follow up on payment-related questions.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with warehouse and technical support teams to ensure smooth execution.
Client Retention: Build trust and long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
