Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for an English Customer Support Agent (Voice and Non-Voice). The primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone and non-voice communication channels, providing outstanding customer service, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues. Agents will ensure customer satisfaction by following company service guidelines and delivering timely, accurate support tailored to each situation.
Qualifications Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively assist and resolve customer queries. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact confidently with customers. Ability to handle Troubleshooting tasks, identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively. Customer-focused mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure a seamless customer experience. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to work on-site and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
