Responsibilities

  • Set detailed action plans to achieve the agreed targets and follow through as necessary on the implementation for prospect profiling and sales cycles.
  • Actively explore client’s needs, technology strategy and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure client receives individually tailored information and support, based on an in-depth understanding of their needs and expectations
  • Interact and collaborate with various departments to ensure a plan is set to improve the client’s experience.
  • Effectively address customer and prospects priorities in terms of qualifying, selling and closing new business to existing and new customers.
  • Plan, prepare and deliver demonstrations and presentations in response to market opportunities, client, and internal requirements.
  • Review the sales reports , prepare analytical forecasts and analysis the data and submit for Management review along with the narrative, suggestions and recommendation on needed action items.
  • Promptly responds to any RFI or RFPs inline with set procedures
  • Oversee the contract execution with the engaged parties
  • Facilitate cross‐selling opportunities to increase revenue and leverage relationships in order to better penetrate markets.
  • Review and analyze public information for the Innovera and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the prospect.
  • Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
  • Prepare and report sales reports to Management as required
