‏المهام والمسؤوليات:
‏وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجية التصدير بما يتوافق مع أهداف الشركة.
‏فتح أسواق جديدة والتعامل مع عملاء وموزعين دوليين.
‏إدارة عمليات التصدير من مرحلة التعاقد حتى تسليم الشحنات.
‏إعداد ومراجعة مستندات التصدير والتأكد من مطابقتها للوائح والقوانين الدولية.
‏التفاوض على الأسعار وشروط البيع ووسائل الدفع الدولية وIncoterms.
‏التنسيق مع شركات الشحن ومكاتب التخليص الجمركي.
‏متابعة تحصيل المدفوعات بالتنسيق مع الإدارة المالية.
‏إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا عن أداء التصدير والأسواق.
‏إدارة فريق التصدير وتطوير أدائه.

‏المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:
‏خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال التصدير والتجارة الدولية.
‏خبرة مثبتة في فتح أسواق خارجية والتعامل مع عملاء دوليين.
‏معرفة قوية بإجراءات الشحن والتخليص الجمركي وIncoterms.
‏إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
‏إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وخاصة Excel والبريد الإلكتروني.
‏مهارات تفاوض واتصال قوية.
‏القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط واتخاذ القرار.

‏Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Export Manager to lead and expand our export operations.

:Responsibilities include
‏Develop and implement export strategies to achieve company goals.
‏Identify and manage international clients and distributors.
‏Oversee the full export process, from contract negotiation to shipment delivery.
‏Prepare and review export documents ensuring compliance with international regulations.
‏Negotiate prices, sales terms,
‏Incoterms, and international payment methods.
‏Coordinate with shipping companies,
‏freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
‏Monitor payment collections and work with the finance team.
‏Prepare periodic performance reports for senior management.
‏Lead, manage, and develop the export team.
‏:Requirements
‏Minimum 10 years of experience in export management.
‏Proven experience in international market development.
‏Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs, and Incoterms.
‏Fluent in English; proficiency in
‏Microsoft Office (Excel).
‏Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills
