1- Follow-up the hiring docs progress with accepted candidates.
2- Handle contracts & insurance processes (Social & Medical).
3- Documenting employees’ profiles: hard copy & soft copy.
4- Keep record for leaves of employees.
5- Oversee the daily attendance of employees and send daily reports.
6- Prepare weekly reports to management for the overall leaves records, and the attendance patterns.
7- Assist in booking interviews, and schedule appointments.
8- Handle the job applications with candidates during interviews.
