Job Brief:

Digital Marketing Professional is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s digital marketing infrastructure and performance across web, search, analytics, and campaign tracking platforms. The role focuses on technical execution, performance monitoring, and data-driven optimization, working closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders.

 

Job Description:

Website Management &Optimization

 

  • Act as the internal owner of the company website.
  • Coordinate with external web development agencies for: New features and pages, Bug fixing and troubleshooting, Performance and UX improvements, Ensure website health, speed, SEO readiness, and tracking accuracy.

 

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Implement and monitor on-page and technical SEO best practices.
  • Track keyword performance and organic traffic trends.
  • Coordinate with agencies or consultants on SEO audits and improvements.

 

Analytics & Tracking

  • Own and manage: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
  • Ensure accurate tracking of: Website traffic, Campaign performance, Conversions and user behavior
  • Set up events, goals, and custom tracking where needed.

 

Social Media Platform Management

Manage company accounts from a platform and analytics perspective, including: Account setup and structure, Pixel and tracking integration, Performance monitoring.

 

Campaign Performance & Insights

  • Track digital campaigns across channels (email, paid, social, events).
  • Provide regular performance reports with: KPIs and trends, Actionable insights, Optimization recommendations

 

Email Marketing

  • Manage email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Set up campaigns, automation flows, and tracking.
  • Monitor open rates, CTR, conversions, and deliverability.

 

Event & Campaign Tools:

  • Generate and manage: Tracking links (UTMs), QR codes for events and activations.
  • Ensure proper attribution and reporting for offline-to-online activities.
