Key Responsibilities1. Development Strategy Lead the planning and execution of residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects. Contribute to the development strategy and project concept in line with company objectives. Identify opportunities for new developments and land acquisition.2. Feasibility & Financial Analysis Conduct market research and financial feasibility studies. Develop and review financial models, project budgets, and ROI analysis. Monitor project costs and ensure financial performance targets are achieved.3. Project Planning & Execution Manage the full development lifecycle including design, permitting, construction, and delivery. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within approved budgets. Track project milestones and manage development timelines.4. Stakeholder & Consultant Management Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project managers. Liaise with government authorities for permits and regulatory approvals. Maintain strong relationships with internal departments including finance, marketing, and sales.5. Risk & Compliance Management Identify development risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental standards.6. Reporting Prepare regular project status reports for senior management. Present project updates, financial performance, and development progress. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business Administration. Master’s degree is a plus. Experience8–15 years of experience in real estate development or project management. Experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
