Job Summary
The Tendering Director leads the full tendering lifecycle across large-scale real estate projects, ensuring competitive pricing, contractor selection, cost control, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities•Develop and implement tendering strategies and policies.•Manage preparation, issuance, and evaluation of RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, and contracts.•Lead contractor prequalification, commercial evaluation, and negotiations.•Ensure alignment with project budgets through cost validation and value engineering.•Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Project teams.•Identify contractual and commercial risks before award.

Qualifications•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.•12+ years of experience in real estate/construction tendering.•Strong commercial, negotiation, and contract management skills (FIDIC knowledge preferred).•Leadership experience managing tendering teams for large developments.
