ROLE SUMMARY
The Deputy Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day activities of the store. The role holder will also be responsible for acting on behalf of the Store Manager in decision-making responsibilities concerning everyday issues.
ROLE PROFILE

• Ensure the Majid Al Futtaim Retail concepts implementation in store.
• Assist in creating the store strategy and ensure implementation in line with MAF Retail business strategy
• Guarantee the correct application of merchandise plan/layouts
• Support comparative studies between departments that can contribute to the efficiency of the commercial concepts
• Stay informed about competitor activities and take appropriate measures if necessary
• Guarantee the application of the commercial policy agreed for the store according to the strategy
• Analyse quantitatively and qualitatively the products assortment in the store
• Propose corrective measures to increase profitability and sales turnover

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equal
• 5+ years in a managerial function, 2+ years in the retail
• Knowledge of principles and methods for managing individuals and groups
• Practical problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal skills and Good time management skills
• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
