  • Plan, execute, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for company vehicles and equipment
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic faults using appropriate tools and software
  • Ensure vehicles comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, records, and technical documentation
  • Monitor vehicle performance and recommend improvements to reduce breakdowns and operating costs
  • Coordinate with external workshops, suppliers, and warranty providers when required

  • Supervise technicians and mechanics, providing technical guidance and training
  • Investigate recurring failures and implement root-cause corrective actions
