Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our pharmaceutical sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing regional teams, strengthening distribution channels, and driving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive business plan and sales strategies, including annual/ quarterly/ monthly forecasts and budgets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the nationwide sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with distribution channels, key accounts and large hospitals.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with major customers and strategic partners.
- Monitor, analyse, and report sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide timely, effective solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Product management to ensure successful product positioning.
