Role Description

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Supervisor to support and execute trade marketing strategies that enhance market penetration and strengthen brand visibility in Alexandria and Delta . The role involves close coordination with sales teams, distributors, and internal departments to ensure the effective implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

The successful candidate will contribute to analyzing market trends, executing trade activations, and maintaining strong relationships with trade partners while ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute trade marketing plans and market penetration strategies to support business growth.
• Analyze market trends and performance data to support decision-making and improve trade marketing effectiveness.
• Coordinate closely with sales teams and distributors to ensure alignment on commercial and promotional activities.
• Manage and implement promotional tools and brand assets, including POSM, stands, coolers, giveaways, and other visibility materials.
• Organize and participate in roadshows, exhibitions, trade visits, and marketing events to enhance brand presence in the market.
• Support the sales team with below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities that drive product visibility and sales volume.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and trade partners to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Represent the company in internal and external events, seminars, and trade-related activities.
• Assist in negotiating commercial terms and supporting client communication when required.
• Coordinate with the operations department to ensure order execution aligns with operational schedules.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across internal departments to support marketing and sales objectives.
