Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Representative based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Insurance Representative will focus on providing excellent customer service, managing insurance policies, and assisting clients with their insurance needs. Responsibilities include promoting insurance products, handling insurance claims, maintaining client records, and supporting financial planning and advisory services to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage Knowledge and experience in Finance and financial planning Strong Customer Service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field Prior experience in the insurance industry is an advantage Proficiency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
