Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with users from different GCC nationalities
- Identify, report, and follow up on bugs or technical issues
- Provide feedback to help enhance overall user experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service (chat or email support) or Sales.
- Strong English Speaking skills
- Familiarity with GCC customers and different nationalities is a plus
- Positive, flexible, and customer-focused attitude
- Okay with rotational shifts
