Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified ISO Instructor located in Cairo, Egypt. The ISO Instructor will deliver high-caliber training sessions, develop course materials, and customize training content based on client requirements. The role includes conducting thorough assessments, providing feedback, and ensuring participants understand and comply with ISO standards. Instructors will collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve existing training programs and monitor industry updates to stay at the forefront of ISO certifications and compliance.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and expertise in ISO standards, compliance, and relevant industry practices Experience in delivering interactive training sessions and developing course materials Effective communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proficiency in preparing assessments and feedback Proficiency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team and on-site environment Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications as an ISO Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer are highly desirable Proven experience in the training or consultancy field is an added advantage
