Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Cairo, Egypt, is for an Account Manager in the live streaming industry. The Account Manager will oversee managing and maintaining relationships with partnered anchors and agencies, ensuring exceptional user experiences, and meeting business goals. Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing performance, onboarding new partners, analyzing market trends, designing strategies to improve engagement, and ensuring adherence to platform guidelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to prioritize content quality and drive platform growth will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications Strong relationship management and communication skills to effectively collaborate with anchors, agencies, and internal teams Experience with live streaming platforms, digital or social media management, and user engagement strategies Proficiency in analyzing market and user engagement data, making data-driven recommendations Strategic and creative thinking skills for developing and implementing actionable growth strategies Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving abilities C1 in English and experience in Customer service is a must
