About the Role: We are currently seeking professional Customer Service Advisors to join our company as back office agents for 2 of our projects. This is an excellent opportunity for fluent English speakers looking to advance their careers in a stable, premium corporate environment.
Key Details:Salary: 18000 EGP Gross per month. Start Date: February 2026. Shift Format: Rotational Shifts. Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for customers of a high-end luxury brand. Handle inquiries and resolve issues with a high degree of professionalism and empathy. Maintain the company’s quality standards in spoken and written communication. Requirements:Education: University Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any major). Language: English proficiency Level B2 or above (Excellent spoken and written command required). Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and customer handling skills. Commute: Ability to commute to Sheikh Zayed / 6th of October daily. Availability: Must be ready to join immediately (February start). Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational shifts.
