Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Customer Support Representative (Voice & Chat) based in Cairo, Egypt. Key responsibilities include addressing and resolving customer inquiries through voice and chat support, effectively communicating solutions, providing assistance, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Team members are expected to build strong relationships with customers, demonstrate empathy, and maintain clear and professional interactions.

Qualifications

English language proficiency and skills in English Teaching or Translation Strong Communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers Experience in Customer Service and handling customer inquiries efficiently Skills in Training or coaching to help enhance customer service effectiveness Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Problem-solving and multitasking abilities with attention to detail Proficiency in using digital tools and software for communication and customer management Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage
