Chemix Lab, a growing manufacturer of professional cleaning and chemical products based in Borg El Arab – New Alexandria, is launching its Institutional Sales Division for SOLVO products targeting Hotels, Restaurants, Hospitals, and large corporate accounts across Egypt. We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Leader to build and grow this sector from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute B2B sales strategy nationwide. Open and manage key accounts in HoReCa & Healthcare sectors. Secure long-term supply contracts. Handle tenders and procurement processes. Build and lead an institutional sales team. Achieve aggressive growth targets. Requirements5+ years experience in B2B institutional sales. Background in cleaning chemicals / detergents / FMCG. Strong network in hotels, hospitals, catering companies. Experience in contract negotiation and tender management. Results-driven and target-oriented. Compensation Competitive fixed salary + performance-based commission structure.
