Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Business Architecture and experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare clear and detailed documentation including:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
- User Stories
- Acceptance Criteria
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and QA teams.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementations.
- Validate delivered solutions to ensure they meet defined business requirements.
Required Skills & Experience7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.Strong understanding of Business Architecture, with the ability to identify, structure, and integrate system components and capabilities.Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
