Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketplace Opera ons Specialist to own and manage the FansPass event calendar and supply pipeline. This role is cri cal to our growth. You will be responsible for iden fying upcoming events, maintaining accurate event lis ngs, and ensuring events are published quickly and correctly on the pla orm. You will work closely with opera ons, marke ng, and product teams to ensure FansPass always has the most comprehensive event coverage.

Key Responsibilities 

Event Calendar & Supply Management 

• Maintain and manage the master FansPass event calendar. 

• Research and identify upcoming sports, concerts, and entertainment events. 

• Add, update, and publish events on the website accurately and on me. 

• Ensure event data accuracy (dates, venues, teams/arts, categories, images). 

• Monitor event announcements and industry updates daily. Marketplace Operations 

• Ensure events are uploaded before tickets sales go live whenever possible. 

• Maintain structured event data and prevent duplicates or errors. 

• Coordinate internally to prepare listings for sellers and marketing campaigns. 

• Maintain event categorize on and SEO-friendly naming standards. Process & Quality Control 

• Follow standardized workflows for event publishing. 

• Identify gaps in event coverage and proactively expand supply. 

• Continuously improve internal processes for faster event onboarding.
