Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales position located at our office in Sheraton. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for driving sales growth through identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include executing sales strategies, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends. Collaboration with internal teams to meet targets and deliver exceptional client service is also an integral part of this role.
Qualifications Proven sales experience in real estate, with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship building Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market trends, and customer relationship management Proficiency in developing tailored sales proposals and business development plans Self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable
