Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant located in Cairo. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, assisting clients with reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include offering travel consulting services, developing personalized itineraries, and coordinating travel plans for clients. You will collaborate with clients to ensure seamless and enjoyable travel experiences.
Qualifications Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management Experience in organizing Travel Arrangements, including domestic and international itineraries Strong Customer Service and Reservations skills Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Tourism, or a related field is beneficial
