We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive BIM Coordination Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models, detecting and resolving clashes, and ensuring accurate model integration across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. This role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration skills, and hands-on experience with BIM tools.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools. Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company standards. Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and track issue resolution. Maintain and manage federated models. Generate coordination reports and documentation. Support design teams with model optimization and constructability reviews. Ensure timely updates and revisions of models during project lifecycle. Assist in developing BIM workflows and best practices.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering, or related field.3–7 years of experience in BIM coordination (project-dependent). Proficiency in:Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP) Navisworks Manage Auto CADStrong understanding of construction drawings and MEP systems. Experience in clash detection and coordination reporting. Good communication and teamwork skills.
