The National Road Logistics Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving business growth and strengthening strategic customer relationships within our Road Logistics organization. This role combines active business development with close collaboration across Key Account Management communities to expand road logistics opportunities and capabilities nationwide.

• Develop new business opportunities within strategic prospect accounts and global customer portfolios.
• Manage and grow a defined pipeline of up to 10 strategic customers to achieve business targets.
• Act as a liaison between Key Account Management teams and Road Logistics stakeholders to support opportunity development.
• Coordinate and manage RFIs and RFQs in line with Kuehne+Nagel tender management methodology.
• Support national business development activities including planning, customer engagement, and performance tracking.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with different business units to develop new transport solutions and services.
• Maintain regular reporting on pipeline development, successes, and opportunities.

• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate business needs into solutions.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and market information.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• High attention to detail and structured working style.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in logistics or road transport is an advantage.
