As an SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Associate Manager, you will lead the planning, design, and implementation of the Time Off module to optimize business processes and improve end-to-end performance. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will ensure alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design/redesign, and organizational structure definition. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor team members, and contribute to strategic decisions while delivering innovative solutions that meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Time Off module to enhance business function performance.
