Role Overview
The Executive Operations Partner will provide comprehensive support across administrative coordination, operational execution, and light analytical oversight. This is a role positioned between traditional executive assistance and strategic operations, designed for a structured and analytical professional who acts as a force multiplier for leadership.
This is not a purely administrative position. The role ensures seamless execution of leadership priorities while contributing to cross-functional initiatives, performance tracking, and operational clarity across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support
Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars and inboxes for senior leadership
Coordinate international travel, expense reporting, and documentation
Prepare polished briefing materials, decks, reports, and meeting summaries
Operational Execution
Drive cross-functional initiatives from kickoff to completion
Track leadership priorities and ensure accountability across teams
Improve workflows and operational clarity
Support quarterly planning and OKR tracking
Performance & Analytical Support
Track KPIs and company metrics
Build and maintain dashboards
Surface performance insights for leadership using strong Excel proficiency
Leadership Leverage & Stakeholder Management
Participate in leadership and client meetings, capture key decisions, and ensure follow-through
Communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders as a trusted extension of leadership
QualificationsExperience
4–6 years of experience in operations, executive support, consulting, or high-growth startups
Experience supporting C-level executives or founders in tech, startups, or consulting (preferred)
Exposure to international teams or remote collaboration (preferred)
Experience with CRM systems or advanced analytics tools (nice-to-have)
Skills
Strong analytical thinking with a structured, systems-oriented approach
High ownership mindset with ambition and growth orientation
Ability to balance administrative and operational responsibilities
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in productivity and analytical tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)

Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
Personal interest in process optimization and operational efficiency
Fluency in multiple languages (nice-to-have)
