About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our commercial operations in Cairo. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and building a high-performing sales structure within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.

You will play a key role in developing strategic accounts, overseeing the sales pipeline, and aligning commercial initiatives with company growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure performance excellence and target achievement.

- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities across logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain sectors.

- Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

- Pipeline Oversight: Monitor sales performance metrics, forecasts, and conversion rates to ensure consistent growth.

- Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor activity, industry trends, and customer needs to refine commercial strategy.

- Collaboration: Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales within the logistics or freight forwarding industry, including leadership experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of freight forwarding, customs procedures, and GCC trade corridors.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Communication: Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
