About the Role

FastFwd is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team in Cairo.

This is a full-time, on-site role offering the opportunity to play a critical part in maintaining the financial accuracy and operational integrity of a fast-moving logistics organization.

You will ensure all invoices, expenses, and financial records are processed with precision and efficiency — supporting the company’s financial health and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Invoice Processing: Ensure timely and accurate recording of vendor invoices.
• Expense Management: Review and reconcile employee expense reports in line with company policies.
• Financial Documentation: Prepare journal entries and maintain organized, audit-ready records.
• Month-End Support: Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and support smooth month-end closing.
• Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors when needed to ensure clarity and accuracy.

Skills

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting systems (knowledge of ODOO is a strong advantage).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience within the logistics or freight forwarding industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced environment.
