  • Monitor and evaluate indirect sales activities through distributors, including defining distributors’ sales territories, following up on coverage and distribution plans, setting sales targets, receiving performance reports from distributors, evaluating results, and taking the necessary corrective actions to improve and develop performance.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and discounts offered through distributors on the company’s products, measure their impact on sales volume and customer satisfaction, and compare these offers with competitors’ promotions in the market.
  • Resolve distributor-related issues within the assigned region and assess the effectiveness of the implemented solutions in coordination with sales supervisors and distributors.
  • Conduct periodic (monthly) evaluations of the sales teams affiliated with distributors and monitor their commitment to achieving sales targets.
  • Follow up and execute the regional sales plan through distributors, determine mechanisms for achieving targets, expand geographic distribution, and strengthen the competitive position of the company’s products in the market.
  • Participate in evaluating sales offers proposed to distributors and end customers, develop implementation plans, and assess their alignment with sales objectives and market/customer needs.
  • Prepare detailed monthly sales reports through distributors versus the approved sales plan, highlighting achievements, challenges, proposed solutions, and customer development plans, and submit them to the direct manager.
  • Provide recommendations regarding annual hiring plans for sales teams (both company sales teams and distributor teams) based on expansion and sales growth plans, and participate in selecting and evaluating sales talents.
  • Identify training needs for distributor sales teams and determine the appropriate type of training for each individual to enhance sales performance efficiency.
  • Submit periodic reports on sales and distribution performance to the direct manager, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and improvement recommendations.
