  1. Job Purpose: 
  • To organize and control smooth operation  within the Project Management section to achieve all output targets in terms of quantity, quality, unit costs, and in accordance with health, safety standards in order to ensure production targets are met hence achieving the Organizational Directives and Goals.  
  1. Responsibilities Related to Strategy
  • Contributes with his own subordinates in implementing   his departmental action plans according to the set time schedule and ensures its execution as appropriate.
  • Executes the duties while ensuring alliance with the departmental budget and action plans while avoiding any discrepancies.
  1. Job Related Duties
  2. •     Overseas all manufacturing operations to ensure that they meet agreed production plans, product quality and cost standards.
  • Develop and implement any required changes to production processes to improve output and product quality and to reduce costs.
  • Maintain all necessary records to ensure effective monitoring of the manufacturing process.
  • Reviews the daily, weekly and monthly Project Management Work Orders.
  • Ensure all Quality Control advice and recommendations are applied in order to ensure that production targets is achieved as per operational and quality standards and procedures with minimum scraps and highest yield.
  • Facilitates all potential obstacles or breakdowns of equipment promptly while coordinating with the maintenance department to ensure efficient operation is achieved in alliance with the production.
  • Monitor all Project Management production operations and relief all obstacles to ensure the continued provision all resources to achieve the Project Management work orders on time, on target and with the expected quality standards.
  • Follows up and monitors the work progress and control of all activities related to the project including: Technical Office; Production work flow; sandblasting and painting; reaching to shipment.
  • Follows up and monitors on all production activities.
  • Discuss the work progress achieved on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Follows up and monitors the work site and the erection work.
  • Ensure that the progress of work orders is aligned with the clients’ needs and requirements.
  • Updates the project time schedule of the projects as per changes in order to ensure it is up to date and realistic.
  • Issues the invoices of the work done simplify the implementation process of the work orders for all production engineers.
  • Overseas the smooth operation of all production lines.
