As our Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. You will be a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
- manages the end-to-end hiring process, from identifying staffing needs with managers to sourcing,
- responsible for posting job openings, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to attract top talent.
