4- Monitor server performance and ensure high availability and data protection.
5- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
6- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and office IT systems.
7- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related devices.
8- Ensure data backup, system security, and cybersecurity best practices.
9- Support administrative and office IT requirements.
10- Coordinate with external service providers when needed.
